A lovely place to stay, only a couple of minutes walk to the City. Room very clean, cosy and warm. Breakfast is very nice with plenty of options. Julie and Alan both wonderful people who cant do enough to make your stay the best. I will be booking this guest house again on my next stay in York. Highly recommended!

Julie and Allan were incredible hosts! They were so personable and friendly and helped in any way we needed it. They made breakfasts to order and the room was comfortable and clean. The Best Place to stay in york.

I want to give them the most stars i can give because this is what they deserve. The most amazing couple you will ever meet. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everything was perfect, the breakfast, cleanliness, comfort and the hospitality. Every hotel, airbnb, need and breakfast should clone them and what they do.
