Room is advertised as 11sqm, but the space is really practical! we had the room on 6th floor and gives us nice little balcony overlooking a safe and quiet and neat neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to the metro station and is very centrally located to everywhere and has a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. the reception gave me a thoughtful card for my birthday and the room is IMMACULATE! perfectly clean and the bed is to die for, slept like a baby its so comfy! they provide you bathroom essentials and i specifically liked the twinkling lights on the shower. booked this hotel via hotel.com and they provided free drinks and £20 cashback. staff are friendly, we were welcomed and they always have a smile everytime. breakfast is fantastic! basic and complete! with fresh fruits, baguettes, spreads, hot toast, etc, water, coffee and tea and peanuts are FREE! you can even bring your hot chocolate in your room, open the window and have sight seeing. its amazing stay, no negative thing to say here, and the decor is modern and chiq but vintage-y. i would love to go back here again

We enjoyed our time at the Hotel Moderniste so much. The rooms were soundproof. So, we rested and sleep very well. Hotel staff was very professional and helpful. It was also very useful to have a nice coffee machine. We had a chance to have coffee whenever we wanted.

Clean and friendly staff. We reached earlier than check in and the staff at front desk were understanding and had a room ready for us immediately. Their breakfast was almost getting over but they still let us in and brought more food. It’s a safe neighbourhood and very convenient to the metro, convenient stores and pharmacy. We walked around and found lot of good patisserie and bistros nearby.

Delightful place to stay in Paris. Quick and easy to access by Metro, yet outside the main tourist trap areas. Excellent in all aspects. Only issue for us was size of rooms. Just be aware if choosing the 'small' room option - ie a bit cheaper - they mean REALLY small. Bed up against a wall, minimal storage space, nowhere to put your suitcase without stepping over it.

Modern business hotel if you are In need of being close to the exposition center. Location is also great for using the metro. The rooms were very small (expected in Europe) but no space for luggage, guests were ironing in the hallway in their underwear which was a bit uncomfortable. They held the filtered water under lock and key and no option to purchase water. Free coffee which was nice, I just recommend putting the water filter next to the coffee station. The cafe area was nice for doing work.
