Amazing hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Saga hotel. We're a family of 4 (9 year old & 5 year old) and had a room with stairs that had a king bed on a mezzanine and two singles downstairs which was perfect for us. The hotel, especially the room was immaculately clean, and the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The included breakfast was the most extensive buffet I've had at a hotel before, such a great range to suit everyone. We booked because of the rave reviews and were not disappointed!

Wonderful oasis with a pool to refresh yourself after a day exploring the charming town or as a reprieve from the humidity. Staff were all very nice and helpful. We loved our stay at the Saga Hotel an will definitely be back. Facilities were excellent and the staff were out standing. Lovely restaurant and the breakfast provided was great. Not walkable to Hoi An old town but free shuttle (limited times) or grabs were cheap. The pool area was beautiful to cool off after shopping. Highly recommend this property.

The most attentive attentive staff on the front desk. They kept checking to see what we needed throughout organised a private car to My son and shuttles to the beach and town, helpful and courteous throughout. Another great breakfast here as well. We were given an upgrade on arrival to a suite. We couldn't fault the Hotel or Staff
