This hotel is wonderful! The manager and staff are super friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and very nice. It is very quiet and the breakfast is so good! This hotel is pet friendly everyone was very accommodating.

The staff was welcoming and nice. Rooms were clean but furniture was worn down and stained. Chairs at the table were both peeling so much whenever you set down it would be on your clothes and the floor. The valances were stained in both rooms. The couch had stains on both cushions.

Needs a Deep Cleaning

This seems to be a fairly new hotel and is very nice on the outside but I was surprised at the lack of upkeep….dirty carpets, walls, etc. It wasn’t up to par with most HS I’ve stayed in.

Parking was terrible and a deal breaker for us. We like the location but will not be back. It was pretty far from the neap interstate highway. The carpet were in terrible shape in hallways which were also to warm. The room was roomy and very comfortable. Mattress was very comfortable. Nice chair but was especially worn in one side. Breakfast was average except for nice chicken tacos.

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in and I Travel a lot. I stayed there before a couple of years ago. It was ok then. I will definitely not stay here again. The first room they gave me was out of order. The second room was dirty with water damage stains on the carpet and window coverings.

Poor AC and in need of general upkeep

Throughout the hotel, wallpaper was peeling and carpets were filthy. Hallways and elevator were very warm and uncomfortable. In our suite, the bedroom AC did not work well. We had to leave the bedroom door open so air from the living room space could help cool the bedroom. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was noisy. We’ve stayed here several times, the most recent being April 2022. The hotel seems to have declined over the past 2 years. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Tried to call for over an hour to make sure that I had a reservation, no one ever answered. Check in process was long. Hallway dirty with nasty towels in hallway. Once in the room there was not a remote. Called down to front desk and no one answered, so had to go back down to get the remote.

Been here many times in the past this hotel needs to be rehab. The carpets in the room and lobby and hall need to be replaced. When we got to our room the kitchen floor as you walk in was very sticky our shoes stuck to the floor. We told the front desk, she said she would send house keeping in the morning. The next day we had no housekeeping service. It’s no surprise that she didn’t since she was more interested in the person or video she had on her phone. Very surprised by how much service and the conditions of this property has declined.

Checked in Friday afternoon. Friendly staff. Hallways badly stained. Went to concert shortly after check in. Showered next morning. Hair in the tub. Getting ready for the next concert Saturday night. Unrolled washcloth to wash my face - looked like fresh makeup on the cloth. Unrolled the next cloth same thing. Began to wonder what I filth had been sleeping in. Quite disgusting. One of the TVs didnt work, but I wasnt there to watch TV. Air was off in the hallway. Elevator too. Hot as a sauna. I will go back to the venue, but not that hotel.

Hotel miscommunication ruined my trip

Booked through Expedia months ago and there was a problem from the outset, once I got to the hotel. The hotel had cancelled my reservation, charged the third party for my two night stay, blamed then for the issue, and left it on me to resolve the problem which took two days and ruined my vacation. Investigation showed that the fault was actually with the hotel, Expedia had names and dates to prove it, and the hotel extended no apology, refund, rebate, or any compensation nor acknowledgment whatsoever. I actually discovered a housekeeper attempting to call front desk while cleaning my room because even after being made aware of the issue, front desk hadn’t conveyed the mix up and resolution to them. The morning dining staff however, was the best I’ve ever encountered and very courteous. The stay would have been nice had I not been spending my entire vacation trying to salvage $500.

I’ll never choose this hotel again.

I didn’t know much about the area we visited and picked this hotel after seeing previous reviews and pictures of the rooms. I must say, we were really disappointed once we got there. The hotel seemed ok from the outside and the lobby was nice but our room felt so dirty!! The furniture was so old and looked just filthy. The light fixtures had dead bugs in them. My 5 year old woke up in the middle of the night to tell us to kill a bug on the wall (see pics)l!! The bathroom vent was covered in dirt (see pictures) The bedding was thin and terrible. The comforter looked like it was at least a decade old. The bed was incredibly lumpy. The towels were old and dingy with dirt that wouldnt wash out. Towels like that should be thrown out. Luckily we weren’t in the room much. If we were going to be in the room a lot I would’ve demanded a better room. I wont ever pick this hotel again.
