Mary the innkeeper was very friendly and helpful. She greeted us on arrival and showed us to our room. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very walkable and parking was plentiful. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Older home a few minutes from dockside
Just outside the core of Summerside-- lovely older house converted into an inn. Modest sized room and bath on 2nd floor, nicely refurbished. Shared guest on first floor. Kinda dull surroundings outside of the heart of downtown.

Clean and well equipped rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. I love places where they value their guests and customers. I think they did great job to maintain the property. The place met with all our expectations even with their budget friendliness

Enjoyed the stay. Comfortable room.
Instructions for the TV would be nice. An extra roll of bathroom tissue would be helpful.

Very comfortable and clean. Extremely hospitable owner. We loved our stay and plan to return again. I prefer small owner run businesses rather than big chains.
Only thing missing was a mirror in the room, but had one in the bathroom so not a major thing.

Our room was a nice size, although the bathroom was a bit small. Please add that the room was up on the 2nd floor and put a tissue box in the bathroom.
The Brothers 2 restaurant was close by for our dinner.
Mary is a new owner and should add that she offers other services like massage.

Ad said someone was at the front desk- the place was l owls up tight, There was no desk- no one was there to check in- didn’t seem to know we were coming, we had to call and try to find someone then it took awhile for them to come , very noisy intersection but at night it quieted down, beautiful room.

Quiet stay in our own suite in heritage home
We had a very pleasant and quiet stay in this heritage home. We had a lovely self contained little suite. It was compact but very new. This home had a very good set up - we had our own bed/bathroom and then went downstairs to a common area/diningroom. Breakfast provided. We had everything we needed. Our host, Mary, was very welcoming and helpful.

A beautiful old building that the owners are still renovating. They are doing a great job.
The top floor room has a pretty steep set of stairs so if your mobility challenged ask for a room on the lower floors.

Property is very old and feels like it could use a LOT of TLC. There was insufficient parking for the guests so I parked on the grasss. The interior is old and dated. There was a spider in my room, and the AC (window unit kept turning on/off). The door did not appropriately lock. However, you're in the heart of cavendish and a 10 minute drive from PEI beach, so that's a nice convenience

The breakfast didn’t exist. You could make your own coffee/tea, but that was it. No milk/cream. No condiments. No staff to see. Don’t call it a B&B. It’s just a B
