I stayed at the Hilton Home2Suites in Cullman, AL, and unfortunately the experience was overwhelmingly negative. Our room was infested with ladybugs, not just a few, but enough to make the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. When we reported the issue, the front desk showed little concern and even admitted this has been an ongoing problem, mentioning that they previously had to close an entire floor because of it. Despite acknowledging the problem, they refused to offer any compensation or a reasonable solution. For a Hilton-branded property, this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. The only positive part of our stay was the breakfast, which offered a good variety and tasted great. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience.
I would not recommend staying here until they address the infestation and take guests’ concerns seriously.
