I can’t recommend the service and helpfulness of Carla at the B Place Cola. Carla was very quick to respond with an issue we had and I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend this as a place to stay. The facilities are excellent and it is well located. Had an amazing busy week in Rome ❤️

I thought the hotel was very clean and the check in staff was SO NICE! However, the shower didn’t drain properly and there were a lot of keys needed to open downstairs gate and gate to get into apartment. I still think it’s a great stay just needs better drain in the bathroom and maybe labeled keys.

We absolutely loved this property and highly recommend it. It felt safe, clean, and very welcoming. Nina, the hostess, went above and beyond for us. Our room was stocked with complimentary goodies, and there was also a well-equipped shared kitchenette just outside the rooms. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from the Vatican and surrounded by great restaurants. If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

Interesting stay. Looks like a big hotel, but it is only five rooms in BUILDING D. You have to go through that center arch and then to the left. More of a Bed and Breakfast than a hotel. My room sort of looked like the picture, the furniture and such was accurate, but my room REALLY needed painting. There were scuff marks on the wall that I had no idea how anyone would even get marks there. Bed was comfortable, bath was nice, and it was clean. Breakfast was basically cookies or toast on plastic chairs in open area. There was a room refrigerator with complementary drinks, but the fridge was not on so nothing was cold. TINY elevator I wasn't going to risk, so hauled my suitcases up to third floor. Manager gives you a key to not only your room, but the suite of five rooms and the front door to the B and B as well. Certainly a decent stay, but not what I was expecting at all. Different cultures? People I talked to said that wasn't unusual for Rome, but definitely different from an American hotel.

More than the nice property, the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our requests, questions and concerns. Was also surprised that the kitchen was well equipped with coffee, water and snacks that were available 24/7. Even little details were taken cared of such as a European plug converter! Our stay was amazing. The hotel was close to the vatican, St Peter’s square, Castel Saint Angelo, Piazza Del Popolo and many more. The room was always kept clean. The are is very accessible to the metro. There are alot of shops, cafe’s and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again next time we go back to Rome

This was a really nice place in a very nice neighborhood close to the Vatican. The room was very clean and decorated very nicely. The best thing was the AC! It was a life saver after walking all day in heat and humidity of Rome in June. Not all places in Rome or Italy in general have an AC, so this was very welcoming.

This place is super safe within a gated complex. Carla greeted us and took us to our rooms. She was honestly great throughout the entire stay! The rooms were adorable and there were snacks and a kitchenette with everything you could think of. Area surrounding the location is super nice with restaurants and shopping. It’s only a short walk to Vatican City and the other direction is a central area with a little park. If you cross the bridge there you’re headed to various other popular locations. We just rented a e-bike which were everywhere! We stayed at multiple places throughout our trip but I loved this place out of all of them and hopefully we’ll be back.

Location is very close to Vatican City. Bus stop also nearby. Rooms are small but okay for the price. Only complaint is that even though they did room service they didn’t replace the used towels with new ones and kept them as it is on the hanger.
