The worst hotel experience Iโve had in Europe.
I ordered room service slightly after the cut-off time, and although the order was automatically cancelled, my card was charged. I contacted the hotel immediately and followed all their instructions โ WhatsApp, reception, and email โ but got nothing in return except a thumbs-up emoji.
Despite requesting a refund multiple times, I received no real communication or resolution. To this day, I still havenโt gotten my money back.
On top of that, the bathroom in my room had drainage problems, and the cleaning service I requested โ and tipped for โ was never provided.
Iโve traveled across Europe and stayed in many hotels, but Iโve never experienced such irresponsible service and disregard for a guest.
Absolutely would not recommend.
