Convenient Location

I think the best service we received was from the parking lot attendant. He greeted us, helped us park and then took our luggage. Check in was fast. The rooms are a little run down. The breakfast buffet is good. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the service was just okay. The only good thing about this hotel is the location if you want to stay in el Centro. Other than that, there’s really nothing that stands out from other nearby hotels.

Enjoyed out stay! Tasty breakfast included with our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Close to shopping. We boarded an evening bus tour of the city right across the street from the hotel. Our car was parked underground in a well lit and secure garage with attendant.

I love that’s is close to all the shops and Mercado. Very clean and the free breakfast was amazing. Big shout to the cooks. There was so many people asking for omelettes and quesadillas but manage to serve everyone. I didn’t like the restaurant called Gloria across the street. They had loud music all the way till pass 11:00 pm. Other than that i liked it.
