I didn't appreciate that the front desk lady didn't mention I could self-check in, in case I would be late, since they have limited hours at the front desk. She was kind of rude all time. Even when I checked out, there is not excuse on language barriers, being polite and friendly, and have empathy super pass speaking language. I was charged twice, apparently because I checked out late, funny thing is that they charged me on Feb 2nd around 4:30 am (I paid with my CC on their machine), then at 8:30 am same day, for a reservation for Feb 1st. So it doesn't make sense, they are abusive charging. I tried to reach them out, but they were sarcastic. They never mentioned they charged me twice for the same day when I said I may stay there again on that day, they said, I should book again, even though, they knew I already paid for that night as well, that was BS. I won't recommend this place, and I am reporting them for stealing, scam. They should let me know on site I was already charged for another day, and I could stay, so basically they wanted me to pay the fee of three days when staying two, or two days when staying one.

En 4 nuits : 2 alertes incendie, une descente de police qui a emmené la personne qui avait déclenché l'alarme incendie le lundi soir, beaucoup de bruit à 5h du matin et difficulté à joindre le numéro quand la réception est fermée. En revanche le personnel, lorsqu'on peut le voir est agréable.

Un très bon accueil. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit au calme. Seule la salle de bain, qui était très propre, mériterait une réfection ( lavabo taché, rideau de douche sorti du rail, abattant des toilettes fendu).

Séjour de 3 nuits. On nous dit que les serviettes et raies d'oreillers sont changées chaque jour, cela n'a été fait qu'une seule fois. Panne presque générale des climatiseurs la deuxième nuit qui était normalement rectifiée dans la journée, or ce n'était pas le cas de toutes les chambres et la troisième nuit on a dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Sinon accueil sympa et petit déjeuner correct.

Hôtel peu entretenu, non fumeur, alors les fumeurs fument dans les couloirs ou sur les emplacements extérieurs prévus mais les cendriers ne sont pas vidés et les jardinières pleines de mégots de cigarettes. J'ai payé 47€ pour une nuit, je regrette cette halte dans cet hôtel. Trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. Heureusement que la dame à l'accueil à l'arrivée était aimable et sympathique.

Chambre un peu limité niveau propreté: trace de verre sur la table de nuit, rouleau de PQ souillé. La Clim est là mais manque de puissance et le boîtier était cassé. Il n’y avait qu’une prise et une seule table de nuit. De plus,petit déjeuner est cher pour ce qui est proposé. Néanmoins, les lits sont confortables et le personnel très sympathique mais pas sur de revenir quand même.
