This is a wonderful hotel! The entire facility is beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, and staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location - right near the beach and a short walk to downtown. We have stayed here twice and plan to do so again next year!

Room facilities and staff were good. Excellent location. If u are a light sleeper be aware of the barking dogs and roosters next door at a residence. Non stop all night, and all rooms are subject to the noise.

Our stay was a few days before Christmas, so it got loud a couple of nights. Also, the neighbors, have roosters and dogs, so it gets noisy early in the morning. Maybe earplugs or extra pillows might help with noise. Other than that, we were extremely happy with our stay. The hotel and restaurant staff were awesome. The food at the restaurant, best in Celestun!!

Perhaps we arrived at a bad time. But nothing in our room worked. Then the electricity went out. We stayed one night and were very happy to leave.

The hotel was very nice, all in all. The street noise was terrible on Saturday night. There were small annoyances with the room. The wifi never worked properly even with help from the staff. Also, there were no reading lights for the beds nor light controls near the bed. Otherwise, it is a wonderful, clean, modern hotel.

The rooms were clean and the pool area, though small and a little smelly was nice. Unfortunately, the power went out at about midnight. It was very hot. This was not the hotel's fault, but what WAS it's fault is that they then chose to run a generator right under our window all night. And the generator only gave anough power to barely flicker the lights. Which meant we were up all night. I could have slept though the heat but not the noise of the generator engine below. We left at 5:00 am. Advice to hotel: don't run generator if it's not strong enough to make a difference to guests, and don't run it under a guests window.

De las mejores opciones que encontré en la aplicación, el lugar tal como lo muestran en las fotos. El lugar limpio, con lo necesario para pasar una estadía cómoda, excelente servicio en recepción. Cuenta con restaurante para desayunos, variedad amplia y rico con buen precio. A escasos metros del mar y el área de alberca perfecta. Todos disfrutamos esta estadía tanto adultos como niños.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel was only a few minutes walk to the beach and there were a variety of modest dining options on the beach or near the town square. The hotel had a food service and weekend bar service. We really enjoyed the pool area and spent some relaxing by the pool. We were picked up at the hotel to go on a fabulous guided canoe tour through the mangroves where we saw a large variety of birds including flamingos! The hotel staff helped us with the motel taxi transport to the tour site. Make sure you book a room with a window view. Thanks again to all the staff at this wonderful hotel.
