Room 122 & 124 are connected by an interior door and you can hear the person in the next room talk on the cell phone which kept me up late at night. Suggestion is to remove the door and put a wall there. Everything else was great.

Great value clean and cute
The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice. The room was super cute! The only slight complaint I would even have is the air conditioning coming on and off making the night time feel warm randomly while sleeping. The room still remained pretty cool considering that though. Definitely would stay here again. It was a great value for the price.

Clean Hotel, Friendly and Professional Staff
The room was clean and had everything my wife and I needed. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast met minimal standards. No eggs, no bacon or sausage. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Boston Ride
I arrived at about 6:45am and Ty was able to get me checked into a room with the quickness. I had just come in from a long drive and really needed/wanted to lay down and sleep. Best service and I definitely will be using this hotel for my future stays. Thank you! ๐

Great Location
This is one of the best microtels ive stayed in as far as being updated. The price was reasonable, everything was clean, and I felt comfotable.

First of all I found out when checking in that the elevator did not work. Then I needed to stay over an extra night so I booked another night. I went to the front desk to let them know and they told me that everything was fine with me staying over. The next morning the front desk started calling me to say that I had booked the wrong type room for my stay over and that I had to pack up all of my things and get out of the room by 11:00 and then I had to wait 4 hours to check into my new room. I offered to pay any difference in price to keep my room but they said since I paid thru a 3rd party that I would have to go thru the 3rd party. My third party called and offered to pay the difference in price and they were told that it was not an option. So I had to hurredly get out of the room. I left and went to another hotel. I have never had a problem like that at any other hotel. I do not feel like this hotel was very hospitable or accomodating to my needs.

I was displeased with check in. I was sent a link for easy, quick check-in, so thatโs what I did. Uploaded my id, and put in my card information for the โsmall depositโ. Iโve done this at many hotels. However, when I arrived, I had to do all of those steps again. Additionally, after checking out, the next day I received an accusatory voicemail about a missing brown blanket that the housekeeper said was missing from the room we stayed in. We never used or saw a brown blanket. I called back to let them know. I just did not appreciate the voicemail, it could have been handled differently, perhaps asking had we seen, and mistakenly taken a brown blanket.

We stayed at 8 different hotels on this road trip and Micro Inn by Wyndham in Columbus was by far the nicest. I try to find reasonably priced places and am often surprised. Staff was so attentive (Herman Drayton especially) and
