Our family stayed four nights at this hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the room service by coming back to a clean room after being out all day. The buffet was great regarding food and service. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice hotel with parking and a restaurant. We stayed 2 nights but after the first night I had to buy a fan. There’s no heating or cooling unit in the room. The staff were very friendly.

La reservación la hice a través de Expedia. Reservé dos días. Solicité el ajuste de mi reservación para la estancia solo de un día, misma que no procedió. Inclusive hablé a la propiedad preguntando el estado del cambio de mi reservación y ellos indicaron que no procedía y habría la penalización de 1 día de estancia por cambio de reserva. Cuando llegué al hotel, me indicaron que no podía hacer uso de la habitación, pues no me había presentado (no show) el día anterior. Les comenté que había hablado por teléfono. Me pidieron el comprobante de liquidación de la reservación por Expedia, pidiéndome el estado de cuenta bancario donde se viera reflejado el cargo. Se los mostré. Me pedían esos datos por mail, pero no acepté en enviarlos, pues mi estado de cuenta bancario es información confidencial que no proporcionaré. Si la propiedad hace uso de los servicios de Expedia, entre ellos deben estar enterados de las transacciones que el cliente hace relacionadas a las reservaciones de las habitaciones. Si esto no ocurre así, el cliente entonces debe enfrentar solicitudes de información inapropiadas como lo que me solicitó el front desk de este hotel. Muy mal trato, muy mala actitud y muy malos procesos entre el hotel y Expedia sobre transacciones del cliente, que se reflejan en una pobre atención a los usuarios finales, que somos los que pagamos estos servicios.
