Bad quality of service, no respect for privacy, staff entering rooms without permission even though there was the paper do not disturb at the door, i paid 2 nights and left after one night because of the bad service, i paid for dinner and the food was bad as well, noisy hotel not worth the price at all. Great place to stay, we were here for 4 nights and it had everything room service, CLEAN rooms staff are bery helpful and polite, nearby are food places alot of fast food and a few restaurants. Taxis are always around also so not kuch waiting arkund for taxi. They also did a nice surprise for my birthday with cake and fruit. A massive sports tv area downstairs where you can watch any big games so no need to worry about missing a football game either lol. Right across from the beach i would defo come back here.

New modern design hotel but very noisy!

The hotel is new, modern, and location is great. However, we did not enjoyed our stay. Our suite located on the 1st floor, which has amazing view from the beach, but it was noisy as heck! You could hear everything from the street, 24 hours non-stop, and we couldn't sleep. The hotel is fairly new, but the maintenance is not very great, as you can see a lot of crack on tiles in the bathroom. Besides that, the service is average, but the location is nice.

Terrible customer service. And accommodation. Hotel charged me fees two times. They separately charged me for ice. The WiFi did not work for two days, I could not work and 0 compensation for it. My room had a lot of damages. How come rooms are not fixed?

For the price you pay, we had a broken AC unit in our room which we mentioned and nothing was done about it, our bathroom doors were broken and were not sliding or closing properly at all. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, during the breakfast the coffee machines were always not working properly and whenever you have a question or concern to the staff, they didn't seem to care about it. Definitely overhyped and overpriced

Very Poor Place to stay

Super negative stay. Hotel charged me fees two times. Charged $50 for ice they brought. Operantly where is no free ice in this hotel. In any city in Morocco I staid they had ice. Customer Service level very poor. Conditions of the room super poor. A lot of damaged items. And wi-fi did not work but they dont compensate for it. I heart myself to ver those sticking out wires. And doors are not posible to close.
