Amazing- family friendly

Everyone was so nice and kind, it’s super family friendly and accommodating as well. We were a bit unsure how noisy it’ll be because of the construction but it really didn’t bother us. We stayed with our daughter (she’s 2YO) and the pool and beach were perfect for her. Will definitely recommend to everyone who is planning on staying here

I like the fact that unlike the other large resorts on the island there is room on the beach, under a shady palapa you can reserve (for around $50/day). Other resorts like Marriott have beach lounge chairs all right next to each other. Will this change with the new Hilton building going up on the property and turn the beach into a crowded space ? Hope not.

Everyone there was so nice! Everyone from the Bell guys, The lady who operated the convenient store. Maggie the lady who handle the towels. The beach fellas that brought the towels to the palapas.

The hotel is nice but the downfall is when you pay a security deposit for the room, the hotel gives you a run around for the refundable deposit. I was told, I should get my security deposit back within 3-5 business days. It’s been well over 2 weeks since I stayed at this hotel and never received it back. When I spoke with customer services, I was told I would get a different amount that was printed on my receipt(which is way less). Not understanding why if I left the room in great condition and never used anything that I had to pay for. Till this day, I never received it. I’m being told now, it will take over 10 days because I used to debit card instead of a credit card. My advice, be on top of them for your deposit back because if you do not speak up, they will keep your deposit.

Property was in construction during the time we were there, June 2024. Staff were not really friendly. For a Hilton I expected more. Felt an average to mediocre hotel. Rooms are a bit worn. Casino had more staff than actual players. If we were to go back to Aruba again, we would probably opt for the Hyatt or Barcelo.

Overall the property was very nice. Our only issue was housekeeping never came to clean our room. We always had to call and have someone come. Also bar downstairs closed too early. Other than that we had a great time.
