This is an unpleasant experience. I have fully paid upfront and get the confirmation booking several weeks before travel. At the morning of the expected day of stay, I messaged them to find out the late check in process, there was no reply. At 5pm of that day, I rang to check about late arrival process, but they informed me there is no booking under my name indeed and they are fully booked that night so they can not spare a room for my family. It's extremely inconvenient to hear such response so late when we are travelling with young children.
