This hotel was perfect. One block from Zocalo, there are bakery, restaurants, and shopping very close. It was easy for our tour guide to pick us up as well. Also, this hotel had breakfast items and are open for about 4 hours. The staff attending to the food was great about restocking, keeping things clean, and most of friendly. I will definitely go back.

The hotel price is good, location is in the middle of Mexico City but is too basic. It doesn’t have even ice cubes. Breakfast in not good and the beads are all new but super uncomfortable. Is like you are sleeping in a pece of wood. The rooms doesn’t have AC and the temperature in my room was approximated 76 F

We traveled as a couple. March. 6 nights. The rooms are so small, don't have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, that made nights so hot. Good breakfast. we enjoyed the nice location, close to Zocalo.

A nice hotel in the center of Mexico City Breakfast was basic but very good The room was compact with all the essentials. Aircondition was not available which was a major drawback since the room was hot and humid without any means to cool it. Thus it was hard to sleep.

Friendly, clean, excellent customer service, location, and great breakfast. Arela and Yamile did great keeping every pan and food container filled and heated and trays with freshly cut fruit. Coffee was great!!! My only suggestion would be to check the mattresses., our was a little bit too hard. Maybe get them a little softer.

It's hard to reach by car to the hotel entrance. The hotel.entramce is on the back of a restaurant so it smels bad around. But once you entre everything is ok. Comparing the staff at the Centro branch they are a bit colder but still good. And about the smell outside I don't think they can do anything about it because it's not their fault. Still a great location though

The place was absolutely spotless. I enjoyed the stay due manly of how ell this hotel is kept. Is important to note that this is not a place for teens as the rooms are very small for two people only. Couples looking for a room only to stay and use the majority of the time to tour is perfect but not for stay to leisure. Is a very compact space for only be used for sleep and tourist. No AC. Excellent breakfast. No variety of channels on TV. This hotel is only to stay and tour the city. Perfect for our group needs. A clean place to stay. Extremely affordable and so close to everything.

Nos quedamos 9 días y de esos nueve días solo un día cambiaron las sábanas y las toallas dos veces, no cobran barato como para que no limpien bien aparte ni siquiera barría ni trapeaba, fotos no tengo porque fue un asco.

Falta que pongan mosquiteras en sus ventanas porque hay moscos para poder dejar las ventanas abiertas para que se ventile un poco y no se calienten tanto las habitaciones tienen ventilador de techo pero su velocidad no genera frío es una velocidad baja y no se puede mover

Excelente es pequeño pero bonito se tiene lo necesario, los desayunos excelentes, y tener disponible cafe las 24 hrs junto con juegos de mesa fue genial solo agregaria un vigilante x las noches en el callejon para entrar y con eso seria totalmente excelente. Regresaria en mi proxima estancia
