We requested a baby cot upon our booking and called the property to confirm our request and booking (ps: they dont respond on messages and voicemail, and took me 2hrs to get ahold of them via phone) and they confirmed that we had a cot prepared for our room already. Upon checking in (check in was quick!) we realised the cot isn’t in our room hence we called via the room phone but it was not working! Just kept on going to the receptionist voicemail~ which they never responded to. Hence we needed to walk all the way back to the reception, just for them to give us a heavy baby cot for us to carry back and prepare ourselves! When we got back to our room and tried to set it up, they gave us a broken one. We travelled 5hrs, and just wanted to rest but theres too much inconvenience in the property such as empty shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dirty stained linens, etc. They also dont have guest personal amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Worst Service
