When I booked this stay I requested a 1st floor room when we checked in there was no 1st floor available...... he did say he was able to find one...although during our entire stay the 1st floor was completely empty! The room he put us in was under I guess some riff raff people that seem to stay there long term... very scary people and noise throughout the day and night. At breakfast which they only had biscuits and gravy all during our stay. One morning they let one couple who were very strange bring their dog in to run loose in the dining area in which the dog peed on the floor in front of me and feed the dog on the floor in dinning area and let this dog continue to run loose! Unacceptable! Pool was never vacuumed our whole stay. Trash everywhere especially by our room. Although a couple employees were friendly I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I stay in Days Inn many times and this is the worse.......

It was ok
Probably wonโt be back! It was semi clean. Shower water temp would change on its on from warm to scalding. Their free breakfast some store bought donuts in a pkg, everything microwave cooked.. had toast & coffee.

RUDE
Front desk man was extremely rude. Didnโt want to accept our third party booking & wanted to charge us 150$ for a deposit that would take 7-10 days to be refunded. Gave him our credit card (easy to dispute because it seemed sketchy) wouldnโt accept it. Said it had to be our bank account. Absolutely NOT. Wouldnโt let us check in, said he couldnโt be the one to refund us. I called hotels.com to get the issue resolved, they reached out to the hotel and he was rude to them also. They said he had to process the refund and he refused. So weโre our 100$ for a room we didnโt even get to stay at. Disputing it with our bank as fraud and reported to the BBB. We recorded the whole ordeal.

It smelled like pot, the bathroom walls were crumbling and had bugs crawling over them.
It was one of the roughest motel situations I have encountered.
We left that night within 20 minutes after we decided we would not stay here.

The ambiance of the cigarette burns on the plastic surfaces in the bathroom gave off a country charm against the noisy backdrop of the Nascar engine whine in the distance from the race way a block away.
Great check in experience. For under $100, its the Ritz Carlton and I expect no less. Hotel last updated during the Nixon presidency.

Was treated unprofessionally with discrimination. Did not even help and walked off from the front desk after saying he wanted me to get double charged!

Lunatic sometimes at front desk.
Guy at front desk was very unprofessional. Started raging at me when i questioned the price due to it being almost twice what i normally pay there and have always booked through this application. Wanted to wager me 500 dollars that he was correct when i was looking at the current price and my past receipts. I just went elsewhere

I was told the booking would be canceled and had a confirmation email saying it was canceled. Than this morning it showed โcompletedโ I was told I would receive a refund but never did. Just tired of dealing with it. Yall got a free payment of $90.40 so congratulations!
