Best Surprise of your Trip.

Very courteous staff members at check-in. Asked if we had any questions after telling us about everything our stay included. Took time to point out where the amenities were and to call the desk for any purpose or any further information we may need. Clean room, well made beds and supply of extras. Was very happy with the complimentary breakfast items to choose from. Will definitely remember this hotel if we make the trip again.

Nice stay by the lake.

This was a good stay and we’d return here when we come to the lake. My only complaint about the cleanliness is that our comforter had stains on it and looked dirty up at the top where you’d have it by your face. We ended up just not using it.

Excellent spot in a quiet area for a shot trip to the islands area. Only 25 mins or so from cedar point. Friendly staff. Felt safe. Great AC, water pressure and clean room. Breakfast was typical breakfast. Last day of stay city had a water issue that was not related to hotel but did limit breakfast options due to water supply.

Facilities: a fair value. Service: uninspiring

Free wifi was easy to access. Property was clean and quiet. Overall a good value. We had a 1 room suite, which is furnished with 2F/Q beds and a pullout couch. These 3 beds were comfortable and in good condition. To explain my low rating areas: our only extra need, or request for staff, during the stay was for an additional roll away bed. In advance I was told this could be added to our room, but at check-in the clerk said there was not enough physical space in our suite for the accommodation (which staff member was correct?) Reaching out suite, there clearly was enough space, so I suspect the staff just didn't feel like dealing with my request. My adult, midwestern-polite, autistic son was much less comfortable with the idea of me raising the issue with the front desk than he was with sleeping on the floor.
