Great room for great value

The king beds are great and comfy. Big fridge is great especially if you're staying a few nights. Sandra was so helpful and nice the staff is always super accommodating. The bathroom and shower is roomy and clean.

I was impressed by the owner's/family vision for the hotel as they continue to re-model. With the overhaul, this facility will be better than new. It was a very convenient 2-day stay ( event was 3 minutes up the road). Noise was minimal, bed was comfortable, room had microwave and a good sized fridge. Room was clean. Definitely worth the price paid.

The manager is really nice and seems to care a lot about the residents. The first room we had the toilet was wobbly so we asked to move to another which was alittle less wobbly. But hopefully they’ll get that fixed soon. The rooms are pretty nice and the beds are comfortable.

The people could not have been nicer . The only thing I did not care for is . I was there for 5 days my sheets were not changed neither was the floor cleaned . The owners a truly wonderful people

Unfriendly

Arrived at 5pm and my room wasn’t ready. Asked for a discount on room and that wasn’t an option. I requested a refund on room and the woman was rude and unfriendly. I have stayed here plenty of times and never had this type of service. I was shocked.

Good average older property

Obviously has been renovated recently. Very good room for the price. Would stay again if in this part of GA. No breakfast. It was clean but had that typical old motel scent. Bed comfortable. Office attendant had dogs in her office which was off putting, but I only saw her once. Room was very spacious. I think I had a larger room on the end of the building.

I LIKE THE ATTITUDE. I LIKE THAT THE LOCK ON THE DOOR IS NOT BROKEN, WHAT THE WALLS ARE WHITE AND THE DOORS ARE WHITE, THAT THE TV AND PLUMBING WORKS. There are pleasant little things like coffee and individual hygienic little things. This is not available in every hotel. IF YOU WANT A HOTEL - THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED.

The floors must have never been mopped. My child took her shoes off once we got into the room and not even 5 mins later her feet were completely black. Whoever cleans the rooms needs to learn to mop the floors cause they just ain’t doing it at all. Overall the front desk lady was great when we checked in. And everything else was decent.

The parking lot flood light also illuminated my room, and the curtains were not large enough to block out the light. One of the staff helped me up the stairs with heavy luggage, for which I was grateful.

Yikes!

Hotel was filthy- my husband killed a roach that was about to crawl on my sleeping daughter’s head, and I woke up to one on my arm. More roaches in the bathroom. Dead spiders on the ceiling above the shower. We asked for one additional pillow and were told none were available. Floors were filthy along with a clogged sink from the previous guest’s hair. Splattered pasta sauce inside the fridge. Honestly if a little more effort was put into cleaning the room, it would have been perfectly fine. Also there was no free breakfast as advertised.

Rooms are just old, paper thin walls can hear full conversations through the walls, the walls and baseboards are filthy and the lamp shades has mildew on them, the bed was clean and comfy tho. Also the toilet was leaking in the floor from the seal and the entire room smelled like pee
