We have stayed at this hotel before. This is a beautiful, quiet and traditional-looking place. The staff is excellent. The restaurant and bar are both good. This is in a were and modern part of Aguas but is a short Uber ride to the center. We love this place.

I definelty would say it needs a renovation its is getting worn our - i am very happy with Quinta Real in other parts of mexico however Aguascaliente needs to renovate the rooms-bath tub was worn out not shower wand - bathroom is so worn out - carpet is old needs a good clean up

The overall conditions of the hotel were disappointing. There were mosquitos and flies in both the dining area and the room, with no visible effort from the hotel to address the issue. I also noticed cockroaches in the patio area. While the internet connection was acceptable, the customer service was poor. On two occasions, I was asked to park my rental car myself despite having valet service. The bathtub was in terrible condition, and the room had an unpleasant odor. The general customer service from the staff was inconsistent—some were friendly and greeted guests, while others did not

The hotel was a very beautiful traditional Mexican look that we love. The things that we didn't like was the carpet had look to old . They need to improve on they lightning. They was no small fridge in the room . So we couldn't buy our own things we wanted to keep in the roomm.an they was no control over the AC unit.
