Excellent hotel. Not far from the Termini, but far enough to be away from the bustle next to the Termini. Very clean. Nice and roomy bathrooms. Great hotel staff. Lots of great restaurants on the street where the hotel was located making it easy to relax after a long day sightseeing. Very quiet and safe. A gelato shop at the top of the street is amazing!

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that it was. The hotel itself is lovely; very clean with a lovely terrace and small bar area. The breakfast was also lovely with a great choice for all ages and tastes ! We stayed in a family room which was a good size with very comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom with a large shower. It is in a good location; close to the train stations as well as walkable to the majority of the main sites. The staff were very helpful and friendly both during and prior to our stay. A great choice for all ages ! I would not hesitate to return and/or to recommend this Hotel.

We stayed at the Alpi for three nights this week. The staff were welcoming and responsive. The building and rooms are lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, the breakfast and the overall ambiance. The one problem that needs to be fixed is the shower - you can't take a shower without water getting all over the floor. We were super careful, but due to the design, there's no way to take a shower and not have the floor get very wet. The hotel needs to fix this issue. It's not acceptable at this price point. Every other element of the facility/building and room we rate a 5.

The room was spotlessly clean and was made up every day by the friendly staff, who also gave food recommendations as well which were all lovely especially the 100 mr tiramisu. Would definitely stay again and recommend to as well.

Un hotel piccolo ma soddisfacente

Era un hotel compatto e confortevole. Vorrei richiedere i seguenti miglioramenti per rendere il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole. - Si prega di ridurre la pressione dell'acqua del rubinetto... l'acqua è forte e schizza ovunque. Anche non usare acqua inutilmente fa parte degli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile. - Il bagno è elegante, ma l'apertura è ampia e l'area circostante si allaga. I bagni richiedono un uso attento, quindi sono anche adatti a chi soffre di stress. Come luogo per alleviare lo stress, sono necessarie alcune misure antistress. Non sono riuscito a capire come usare la cassaforte. Le istruzioni erano piccole e difficili da capire. Esistono casseforti più facili da usare, quindi vi prego di sostituirle con altre più facili da usare. I gradini sul pavimento sono scomodi. La struttura ha bisogno di essere ristrutturata per migliorare questo aspetto, quindi per il momento sarà necessaria una soluzione. È stato sufficiente per il mio ultimo soggiorno in Italia. Grazie!
