Such a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and full of recommendations, the service was so personalised a major plus of staying in a small hotel. The room was very comfortable, a lovely bed and shower. The hotel is very conveniently located loads of restaurants & shops nearby by and has a nice bar for your afternoon aperol spritz.

This hotel is in an excellent location! Shops, food, the lake, the funicular - all just steps away; that's why I chose it. And don't miss out on any of it; there was a DJ dance party at the top of the funiculare, and I happened across a lindy hop at a nearby piazza walking back from the funiculare. Such vibrancy! And our room was so comfortable. I could even hear Tosca being performed live from our veranda one evening! Plus, what everyone says about breakfast is true - delicious! Fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries, and more. I loved it. And I also recommend heading to Villa del Balbianello & Bellagio. Take me back to Como!!!!

Extremely nice and comfortable hotel situated in the very best street of Como city. The room was spacious, clean, cooled with very comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us around the city. Breakfast was really nice. Highly recommendable if going to Como city.

Location is perfect for exploring Como. 15 mins walk from the train station, and you’re literally on top of everything in town. Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Beds were super comfy. All the staff were so helpful, they even made us up a breakfast as we were leaving early.💙 Nicolette, Eingi, Franchesca & Veronica are a huge credit to the hotel, so professional and helpful. This the 2nd ‘Boutique style’ hotel we’ve been too, another to highly recommend.

Chose this location because it was close to the hospital where my wife was. Clean room and very nice staff and great breakfast. The only problem was that I accidentally booked the room for the next night versus the night I needed it. Of course I was in the hospital and stressed to find a place to stay. When I checked in and asked the desk to cancel the next night, my incorrect booking, they refused to do that. Cost me $200 figured they would at least give me a partial refund. So not sure about the management there.

Wowsome short trip

What a perfect location! It is a bit challenging to get to the hotel directly by car/taxi, but we were able to get close enough to find it easily. Once there, it was perfect for shopping, dining, taking the Lake Como ferry, etc. absolutely loved the property and Lame Como in general.
