The Hotel is what you pay for nothing special it was ok if you don’t mind it being very out dated It looked to me that they are trying to update them. It’s good for just sleeping. Continental breakfast only not that great you will see what I mean. Personnel at front desk very friendly.

6/10 Good

The staff was very courteous and room was clean and pillows were super comfortable. TV didn’t work when I got there but someone came and Fixed it. Breakfast was poor. I book hotels that serve breakfast because I’m traveling solo so I was expecting more than stale bagels and fruit.
Paty, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Fresh coat of paint in the inside of the hotel would be great, the pool area was dirty
Vilma, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The first room we were given had a horrible smell that was unbearable, when we went to the front desk, they did offer us a new room however they had stated that other guest had complained and we’re hoping that that room wasn’t affected. I would have thought they would’ve checked the room before putting guest in there. The second room was clean and free of smells. The customer service was great.
Beatrice, 3-night trip

Disappointing

This hotel’s info page shows a beautiful pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees and bushes. Currently there are no plants in the pool area and the hot tub is cold. We were very disappointed. Also the breakfast was not well stocked. And our room was a bit run down. Beds were comfortable . Bathroom was clean.
Theresa, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

The hotel is going through a major renovation and the room we had showed signs of being in progress. And it needed it. Our first night's sleep was interrupted by the constantly running shower that even a closed door couldn't fully muffle. We informed workers who, we thought, repaired it. But the 2nd night was awful. The shower resumed its stream after a quick rinse. We discovered a steady stream of ants going up and down one wall, the TV didn't work and the upstairs neighbor's children made it sound like we were under a herd of elephants. As the only rooms available were single King beds, we had to quickly locate another (less expensive and nicer) hotel. Thankfully, the staff approved our reimbursement request....though Hotels.com's relocation team was disappointing with their response...apparently, even though we provided pictures of the issues...ants are not considered a big enough problem to warrant a move. The whole experience was disappointing. If you choose to stay here, I do hope they are done with the reno and you have a better experience.

Okay stay

We stayed for three nights, and the first room we were given had a strong unpleasant odor. Fortunately, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they moved us to a better room the next morning. The hotel is a bit dated and was undergoing renovations during our stay, which may have contributed to some of the issues. Breakfast was okay but very limited—only a small selection of items, and just one waffle maker for the entire hotel, which caused long waits during the morning rush. We also experienced ongoing issues with the key card readers, which became quite frustrating. Despite these setbacks, the staff was consistently helpful and welcoming, which we really appreciated.

Great place tp stay.

Great place to stay with the family. Close to shopping places and restaurants. The daily breakfast is great.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean Easy to check in and out.
Peter, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

It was not the nicest hotel but it was centrally located for the things we wanted to do.
Lori, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Adequate. Surprised not informed in renovations

The stay was adequate for my husband and I. The room clean. The bed very cozy and comfortable. Good shower. They didnt tell us they were in renovations, so many oddities. But Staff always made it right if they could. No microwave in room. Had to go to dining room. Frig didnt work, so maintenance brought another one. Swimming pool clean and heated. Jacuzzi heated, but no bubbles. 2nd day no internet all day and night, so we left 3rd day. The breakfast adequate to good. I made a waffle, they ran out of breakfast sandwiches. We had to ask them to get more. Breakfast had usual bagels, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, coffee. Other guest told us their TV didnt work and the shower handle fell off. Internet photos were misleading. They were from when open earlier. We paid $125/nite when comparable hotels were less without the problems. If you're just looking for a clean room, comfortable bed, quick breakfast, then it's OK.
Valerie, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

For the price we paid for this hotel, it is good. I wish the breakfast had more variety every day. The pool and jacuzzi are good
??????, 4-night trip

Friendly staff and nice pool. There was not much choice for breakfast and the corridor was dirty.
Timo, 2-night trip

Nice and clean
gilbert, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Enjoyed the pool and the AC was a life saver, the carpets walking to and from the elevator need some help, pool was clean enough, shower leaked the entire stay, gym was outdated and kind of dirty but did the job.
Evie, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Convenient location and fairly priced. However condition of the property is poor. The water was not draining quickly in the bathroom sink and bathroom door can’t be locked.
Venkat, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The hotel seems that have a good appeal, the rooms have all you need to have a good stay. The customer service from the reception is good. BUT it doesn't matter how good the hotel looks if the immediate smell of it is awful.... smell like broken pipes, like wet carpets and moho, I dont understand how they can pass the license. The carpets where really dirty, they need a good clean. As I write before, you have bed, desk, microwave and everything you need, but the smell doesnt let you enjoy your staying.
Griselda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

My experience was not excellent because housekeeping never came to change our sheets or towels during our stay. I did come across housekeeping cleaning across our hallway, on our way to the pool. I gave her our dirty towels, asked for new ones, and told her we had run out of toilet paper. When we came back we had to towels to take showers or toilet paper. I was also not aware there was a $14.00 daily parking charge until I checked in. Over all the staff at the front desk and breakfast dining areas were very nice and pleasant.
Nora, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

“Okay I guess”

It was just run down, bugs in the room, holes in the wall, a pen** drawn on the wall by our toilet that I had to explain to my kids which was annoying “mommy, what is that?”, the staff was kind after getting changed to a different room because my first room had next to no air flow/conditioning at all. Probably fine if you are like a single guy, and don’t really care, but I had my kids and my husband and it was for a family trip so not really ideal, we even extended our stay at a different hotel up the road for only about $60 more for two more nights. So make sure you shop around, my family always used to come to the Ramada when we were younger, but this one just doesn’t hold its own. Again, staff super kind, but hotel is just in need of some serious care.
