Good value for the money

We did enjoy our stay at the Slim Slavieiro Bettega in Curitiba, I do have some observations that may help other guests. 1) The bottom sheets could be larger so that the bed does not come undone during the night, as they do not tuck in enough; 2) the toilet, on the last night, became blocked; 3) In a future renovation, the sofa bed must be more comfortable.

Café da manhã bom, sem nada de uau! A limpeza é muito boa, porém um excesso de uso de amaciante, que chega a incomodar. Mas o que mais me deixou insatisfeita foi o atendimento, tanto na chegada, sem nada de simpatia e acolhida, quanto a noite quando precisei dos serviços, QRcode para acessar informações não funcionou, o acesso ao wifi da maneira explicada também não, precisei descer do 7º andar até a recepção porque não tinha em nenhum lugar o ramal para poder se comunicar. E o atendimento foi péssimo, sem nenhuma vontade de explicar o que para eles parecia óbvio, mas não é, pois as informações não podiam ser acessadas, entrei pelo site, que remeteu a um contato de whatsapp que também não respondeu...ao descer na recpção a única informação útil (que ao final não foi tanto) foi saber o ramal da mesma. O fato mais interesante foi que o único momento que vi um sorriso na recepção foi no check out As acomodações são ótimas, mas o atendimento deixou muito a desejar.

O quarto é muito limpo e organizado. Não deixa nada a desejar com relação a acomodação. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso: tem diversas opções: frutas, cereal, granola, iorgute, sucos, pães, até mesmo alguns salgadinhos. Os atendentes são excelentes. Me hospedaria novamente no mesmo local!
