Great hotel, rooms basic but had everything we needed for a few days visit to Copenhagen. Cosy bed, great choice at breakfast. Easy walking distance for local sites . Easy car parking on site but expensive

Budget find

Great price but kind of a strange property and location. People tend to use the bottom floor as a meeting space, so it was always incredibly crowded. My room was comically small but clean and comfortable, great for solo budget travel.

Good location and economical

We were upgraded to a bigger room which had an upper bunk as well as a double bed, even so room was very small. Bathroom was tiny and the shortest shower flooded the bathroom and water spilled into the bedroom. The room was clean and adequate for our purposes. It was in a good location, close to the train station. It was reasonably economical by Copenhagen standards, but I was relieved about the upgrade, we stayed for 5 nights so a smaller room would have been awful.

Small room which was absolutely fine. Check in was an absolute nightmare unless you used the self service which I did and was very quick. On my bed sheet was 2 small brown stains in the top left corner. Everything else was relatively clean. Breakfast was good and had a variety of drinks with a smaller options of food. Thin walls so lots can be heard at night especially if your near the elevators or stairs .

Okey if its cheap but should be more serviceminded

The Ryanair style hotel, you pay extra for exactly everything but that's fine. What's not fine is that check in is strictly 3pm so when the clocks hit 3 you have over 100 people wanting to check in at the same time (they advertise 1200 rooms). The problem with this is the long queues and their system crashing, self checkin didn't work so had 2 wait twice in line. Self check out didn't work so same here. If you are strict on the time make sure your system works otherwise be a bit more flexible

Absolutely the worst hotel experience in my life!!

Usually I don't care to share hotel reviews, but I'll make special exception for Cabinn Copenhagen as the public and tourists must be warned before booking at this despicable place. There's too many issues to cover in this limited space, so will try to lowlight (actually highlight, but they don't deserve for me to use this word due to their lowest quality or standards) Day 1: Walked in with many guests standing around waiting with long waiting queues (even after I checked in online but had to wait to fix some problem in their system) - some guests memtioned waiting almost 1 hour * Chairs at check in area were so dirty and stained that people chose to stand and wait as they can not sit in the gross seats * Bathroom very tiny and not suitable for family or seniors * Sink area very small and impossible to move aroun * Shower not properly partitioned and water splashes all over with serious risks for accidents. * Toilet seat always wet and we had to share this claustrophobic toilet/bath * There is no tissue holder and it gets wet all the time! * We traveled with 75 year old mom, and she was scared from falling. I brought this serious matter to Front desk and if I can get any partial refund for 4 nights booked and we'll gladly move out and go elsewhere, but they flatly refused. Day 2 (night): Found feces in one of the many overcrowded elevators (surely unhappy guest). Day 3: We threw away our 4th day booked and moved to better place in the city center on the 3rd ni

Ok sans plus.

J’ai passé 3 nuits dans l’hôtel dans une chambre avec un frigo et un micro-onde. C’est considéré comme un appartement donc pas de nettoyage des chambres et pas de shampoing ni savon. Ce n’était pas clair sur le site. La chambre était propre. C’est un peu l’usine car il y a beaucoup de petites chambres, il faut faire la queue avec un numéro si il y a du monde pour le accéder à la réception. Il y a parfois beaucoup de monde mais ça se passe. On peut faire cela tout seul avec des ordinateurs. L’hôtel est à 15mn à pied de la Gare centrale. On est pas loin mais quand même en dehors du centre historique. On est juste à côté d’une gare routiere. Il y a un grand mall à côté. On est proche des voies de train et c’est bruyant la fenêtre ouverte. Le seul vrai intérêt de l’hotel est le prix qui est bon pour Copenhague. Sinon il faudrait aller en auberge de jeunesse.
