The room was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The TV was great because it was big enough that I didn't have any issues seeing without my glasses. And the hygiene supplies in the shower. Like the shampoo body, wash conditioner and lotion were amazing. They smelled good. They smelt very fresh and cleansing on my body. It was just great all the way around. Breakfast was awesome.I showed up kind of late in to the breakfast but they provided me with ample food very quickly and it tasted delicious

At check in the staff were chaotic, unorganized, and looked unprofessional. When we got to our room there was no handsoap, lotion, or conditioner in the bathroom. The tv was not connected to the wifi, that didn't reach that room, so the only way to watch tv was to connect it to my phone's hotspot. The bed was also uncomfortable. The only reason I didn't go back to the front desk was because I felt very confident the 2 guys there would not have a resolution for anything.

The room was very clean but the service wasn't that good. I had a problem with overcharge, hopefully i get my money back in a couple days. Parking was good, air conditioner worked great, i did not utilize the pool or hottub.or the laundry.

TV didn't work. Lotion and soap dispensers non functional. Awful pillows. No drain plug for tub. Filthy hallway floors. Breakfast room not open and ready to go next morning. Check in clerk very unfriendly. He told us he'd reimburse our credit card $30 for not having a TV, but only gave back $20.

Dirty

This place was dirty the floors and bathroom was disgusting and our key cards had to be changed every day because they stopped working. I was never asked for my id at check in which i thought was odd. An icecream bar was on the floor in the hall for 2 days it was finally picked up but no one cleaned or mopped the floor where it layed. The toilet was dirty and barely flushed the tub looked dirty, caulk was missing and moldy in multiple places.

Terrible hotel, the worst i’ve ever been. No breakfast, no staff, no body wash. Terrible. Wont recommnend to family and friends and will never comeback. Cleanliness is terrible. Wornout and smelly carpet, loud airconditioning.

Not the best, sorry!

We have stayed here many times in the past with no complaints. On this stay, when my wife took a shower there was no shampoo in the bottle. Thay have shampoo and conditioner bottles secured to the shower wall. They apparently just put a new TV in the room, a nice big smart TV that has to be connected to the internet to stream all of the channels. You would think that it would be all set up and connected to the internet, but no it wasn't. Of course they give you their WIFI password when you check in, but I tried several times to get the TV to connect to their WIFI but it never would. I used my Hotspot on my phone and it worked with no problem. The light fixture in the bathroom has three bulbs in it but only one was working. The sink in the bathroom barely drained. The air conditioner/heater looks like it was replaced and there are gaps along the sides that I could feel air blowing into the room. I took towels and stuffed them in the gaps to keep the air and the fly's out. We stay in Bismarck quite a bit and we don't stay at the fancy places with all the perks, we don't need them. A little maintenance goes a long way. I don't usually leave a review but this was not a good stay!

Comfortable room but the TV did not work.

Great hotel on a budget, clean and comfortable. My only complaints are that the big fancy TV did not work (said it was not connected to internet, so I guess it was just a “decoration”), and the breakfast was lacking (only margarine and grape jelly with the toast? Not cream cheese or peanut butter?). It is possible the guy was just setting it up, I was there kind of early, and he seemed to be huffing and puffing. I ended up having Raisin Bran.

Horrible experience

My reservation was confirmed and paid for a standard room with two queen beds a month in advance. On the day of my arrival I called the hotel to confirm it and inform them of my arrival time. When I got to the front desk to check in, they didn’t ask me for any identification, but still checked me in without informing me that they had apparently booked out all the rooms with two beds. Once I got to the room I thought I was given the wrong room number since it wasn’t what I reserved, they gave me a room with one bed because that was all they had left for the night. I requested a cancellation right away and called hotels.com, the representative told me she needed to call the hotel while I was on the line to get more information of the situation to proceed with the cancellation. The hotel didn’t respond and I was advised someone would follow up with me on my refund/cancellation request, in which they did, telling me that the property manager at the hotel did not approve the refund. Basically, I paid for a room that I never stayed in.

Our first room wasn’t even cleaned and bed wasn’t made before we got there. But they guy at the desk was really nice and gave us a clean room without any problems.

Not as advertised, not worth the price

The property claims to offer rollaway beds, and the room was supposed to sleep 5. The front desk staff stated that the hotel has not offered rollaway beds in years. We had to have one of our children sleep on the floor, since there was not a sofa bed, either. I would not have booked this room if it were not for the false advertising. The hot food breakfast was overcooked eggs (despite a form where you specify how you want them cooked), cold bacon, and lukewarm hashbrowns. I would have preferred a buffet style with food kept warm in chafing pans. The whole hotel is rundown, dark and dingy. Our room had a hole in the wall for the cable box with exposed wires just tucked inside, without a panel. The walls had flaking and missing paint, the bathroom appliances were stained, and the tub had hair in it and did not drain properly. We also could not get the WiFi to work. The staff were very friendly, and the beds were comfortable, but otherwise this was an extremely disappointing experience, more along the lines of an old motel than a mid-range hote.

Cheap, and for good reason.

Check in was very very casual. 1st room was rejected by a lady who returned key in front of me. When asked why it was, he didn’t know or are to even ask her. 2nd room, had door hinges broken and I had to lift the door to close it in the frame. Wardrobe had a fist hole in the door that was off the track. Bathroom looked like it had new towels, but had not been cleaned. Carpet had a bad smell. Air conditioner was a window mounted unit that made the worst noise. Bed was ok but noise from a/c saw me awake at 3:30am and not able to get back to sleep. Will not be returning.
