We arrived at 11pm, after several times of trying to call for airport shuttle someone finally answered. The very pleasant man that checked us in was all alone and really having a hard time with someone’s reservation and that had trouble with our reservation. He was super pleasant but just didn’t seem to be overwhelmed with the process.

Everything was for purchase only, very disappointing given the location of the hotel is mainly for airport travelers… Plus, restaurant did not have many things on the menu available along with running out of white wine at 7pm
