Best Hotel in Brunei.

We had a fabulous stay at the Radisson Hotel in Brunei. The place was spotless, our bedroom was spacious and extremely comfortable. Everyone gave excellent service All the porters and front of house staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The main restaurant served great food and very good service. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Lovely rooms and very friendly helpful staff. Food was brilliant, really nice and had everything for picky eating children. Breakfast was the best we have had whilst living on Borneo for 2 years. Both pool and gym are really good to.

What a nice hospitality we’ve had! I can’t explain enough, but I’d like to recommend this hotel to anyone who plan to visit BSB, Brunei. Great breakfast, friendly staff both in front and restaurant, clean room with nice city view. I don’t know when, but my second visit is a must to share with my family experiences which can’t be got from other countries. ʾin shāʾa-llāh.

Room was on a floor where renovation work was being done so had to put up with smell and noise. Plus my room was not cleaned until I reported it at 6pm!!!

Really nice stay. Walkable to restaurants and tourist sites. Pretty quiet, can definitely hear traffic from ‘city view’ room. Average breakfast. Some items felt not as fresh as they could be. Waffles and pastries dried out from heating lamps. Only watermelon for a fruit choice. The beds were the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel though! Really nice pillows too. No face cloths in bathroom but nice towels otherwise. Fitness room was adequate. The staff is so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Allowed for a 1pm check out and then able to hang out by pool until leaving for airport at 4pm. Would recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing

To begin with it does not meet the usual standards of a radisson, the facilities need better maintenance, we had to change rooms because the air conditioning did not work properly, in the new room the shower did not work properly and the small mirror detached and broken, little resolution of the staff to make our stay pleasant, it is not worth what it costs, the area is convenient
