"Really lovely decor and great location, and the front desk v helpful. The breakfast and staff (owners) let it down quite badly - breakfast is basically bread and jam plus a little scrambled egg and bacon with cheese and it’s exactly the same every day. The breakfast staff, who are also the owners I think, shout across the room to each other as though you are not there - I got the impression they have got tired of providing a service. Such a shame as the building and location are great "

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-kept, you can tell the staff really take pride in maintaining the property. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing.
