"The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room"

"This is an amazing property in the valley surrounded by mountains for hiking, running or cycling. The food for the board we purchased was fabulous. This hotel is like a ground bound 4-5 star cruise ship. We loved it and would attend again and just might;0)."

"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.
But its a nice and cozy stay....

"The pictures of Hotel front are misleading! We thought we were booking a hotel right on the lake, instead the hotel was by a main road - 10 mins walk from a swimming spot at the lake. So, we were a bit disappointed. The man at reception explained that its a mistake made by Hotels.com and not their hotel. They do indeed have a hotel on the lake, but only with suites, at 100Euro extra.
Apart from this, the hotel was a good experience, with clean pool, brilliant spa and amazing healthy breakfast...
