"Beautiful property with great service and special attention to detail. They even organised children activities during our stay which where wonderful and very fun. The indoor and outdoor swimming facilities were also very nice and staff was on every level, kind and accommodating. It is so easy going around in Shenzhen and also of its location closer to many of the sites we visited, it was a great, tranquil place to retreat to after a long day. "

"The whole hotel smells good and is clean. The facilities in the room were easy to use and convenient. Large bed and soft pillows, ample amenities and free fruit. Not only was there a wide variety of breakfast options, but they also made porridge and omelets for us. I would like to use this again next time. Thank you for this time."

Hotel entrance is located to the right of the main exit of Hengqin Port Shopping Mall, but can be hard to find initially as it is not prominent.

"Two bedroom Suite has two bathrooms. The suite is very spacious and has very high ceiling. It was quite a comfortable stay. The hotpot dinner included in the package was very good. All service personnel were excellent. Sadly, temperature of the room could not be adjusted even though control panel of the ventilation system appeared to be adjustable. The ventilation system made the room very hot at night, but very cold around sunrise. "

The whole hotel is very attractive, and the staff were great.
Breakfast is expansive, with a host of Western and Eastern foods available. There's something for everyone, and the coffee is good with enough machines to prevent queuing."
