"The rooms are nice and well appointed. However parking is very difficult and inconvenient. Hot water and internet aren’t consistent. We were traveling with 4 kids and they couldn’t get the television to work. Breakfast was good. Room is a nice size. "

When i booked the hotel room i chosed the cheapest room and when i arrived to the hotel I realised that they had out the good and pricier rooms photos on the cheapest rooms reservation page. "Clean rooms with Indian Ocean view. This is my fifth stay here and they really improved the breakfast but there is always room to grow. I wanted to book a safari tour but really couldn’t find a staff who can book me a tour. There should be a tour desk at the hotel. The restaurant and front desk staff are always very friendly and that’s one of the reasons I keep coming back to this hotel. Overall very good experience."
