Catering manager and staff were all so friendly and helpful. Loved the snack options when the main food area wasnt open and having a ice cream area … genius!

The hotel itself is lovely and beautifully looked after, the staff were so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond with really thoughtful touches - as an example, we got held up at the airport and when they couldn’t get hold of us they set aside food and drink for us in our room just in case we hadn’t eaten.
