"Funky buildings! They are on the lagoon side of the peninsula. Pool and lounge area are beautiful. The location is 10 - 15 minute drive from the main area of Placencia not walking distance. The directions are misrepresented through Expedia and you’re contacted via WhatsApp to have correct address - which is inconvenient if you don’t have it."

"Staff were all amazing, so friendly and helpful. Our creekside cottage was perfect, the bed was comfy, loved the outdoor tub, and even had our own nespresso machine!!
Tours were a little pricey so in all honesty, some we booked ourself. Loved our mayan cooking class and excursions through Upsidedown Tours, which the lodge introduced us to, hats off to them especially kevin and orlin!!

I hope with The improvements being done that more trees and bushes are planted along the side of the property adjoining the road. Maybe they will also add some more water features lessen the road noise. We love feeling as if you're in the jungle and big truck noise certainly was different hearing it this time. Still had a great time. A wonderful pool to be enjoyed by all."

"The property is an awesome setting in the jungle with nice hiking trails and pool. The staff was excellent and they went out of their way to help when my wife got injured off site. It is close to many sites of interest in the pine ridge area but not too far from town. "

Enjoyed tubing (& successfully made it over the falls!), rope swing into the river, hiking & night hike. The resort scheduled all our transportation (to/from Belize City) & the ATM tour we did. We stayed 4 nights. In hind sight the only thing we would have done differently was booked a room with A/C. The humidity was brutal in May. "
