"Staff was terrific. Travelers got separated and staff here helped both parties. The one who hiked got caring aid - food, information about other travelers options, offers to help with communication. The one who did not hike got excellent information on how to meet up in another town on the following day. Staff kept in touch after. Food was abundant and delicious."

"Stayed here for 1 nite for our visit to Machu Pichu and it was great value and comfort. Nothing fancy, but walking distance from the train station and plenty of eateries/stores. They even went to the train station to walk us back to the hotel upon our arrival, so that was super nice after a long trek to MP. (Need to coordinate this service.) The breakfast was nothing to note, but it will do for an early jump up to Machu Pichu. Overall a great value and clean/comfy place. Highly Recommend! "

"There was no hand soap in the room, the water pressure was limited, and the shower went from hot to cold. There was no bedside lighting—only one overhead light. The breakfast had delicious fruit. The train exhaust made the balcony almost unusable. "
