"Everything was ok except that there is one night where the children at the same level of mine keeping playing with the door even after passed midnight and I am surprised there is no staff there to stop them"
"Wanted to flag that the toilet really needs a proper cleaning. It’s not okay to see crusty buildup in the sink, toilet bowl, and around the edges. The pools are dirty too, everything needs a thorough clean.
