Hotel is a bit old… I need to push super hard to close my room door. I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean…
Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around."

"Capella Sanya is ultraluxury hotel in the island. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. The room was awesome and very modern . Breakfast and dinner buffet were faboulus. We have travelled a lot, but Capella Sanya is one of the best."

"Hotel is in a nice and safe location with easy access to transportation and a big mall nearby with good shopping and dining options. Note that swimming at the beach is not allowed and the adult pool was closed as of April 2025, which we weren’t aware when we booked. Lots of really nice facilities for kids of all ages. Decent service though most staff does not speak English at all."

Again, it was a good compromise between the price and the services. The territory around the hotel might be the best among all other 4-5 star hotels in the vicinity. Very good beach. Nice breakfast buffet
Minuses:
the hotel definitely needs renovation. The restaurant is often overfilled between 8:30 and 10. The check-in procedure is VERY slow - the slowest one we have ever experienced."

"Beatiful location. Very nice view. Most of the staff was very nice. Eventhough most of them didn't speak english, they were carrying the device to translate. Good food. Just inform properly about amount of spicy.
