"Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful and the staff are truly respectful and helpful from the heart. They really value their guests, and especially when they saw that I came all the way driving from Dubai, they supported me a lot during my stay. From the very first person I met the security guard at the gate, to the staff who helped me with my luggage, and the receptionist if I remember correctly his name is Burak Hasan everyone was very professional, kind, and welcoming. A big thank you to the whole team for making my stay so comfortable."
