very nice with a real great finishing. Bad taste are the conditions. You have to book a time due to a maximum number for visitors. That makes sense to relax. But also you can stay 2 hours max. Optional you can buy for 20€/hour more time. So it will be more full and the main meaning of giving space gets overruled by financial interest? Weak arguments and transparent. Breakfast is average. Very much disturbing every day is the cleaning team....

Unfortunetly, hotel staff need to learn good manners after making silly and unnecessary comments behind my backs. Reception was unable to solve minor problem breakfast related, even after admitting fault on their side during booking.

"Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). "

"The drive up was exciting but what you see when you arrive is jaw dropping beautiful! We had no idea it would be this amazing in person! Check in was quick and easy, and staff were all very welcoming. We had a corner view facing the mountains and lake and couldn’t stop staring! The hiking is wonderful and if we had been better prepared for the cold would have done a proper hike. Dinner and breakfast were small but wonderful, ample offerings of tasty food. We loved the 1 hour of wellness included...

On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...
