"I recently booked for my wife who stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout her visit, always ready with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities.
The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. "
"It’s a very nice hotel. The food and buffet are a little expensive. If you book a room for 3 people, breakfast is only for two people. They should say this on room booking details. They had a wedding expo going on and staff were too busy attending to this and not their own guests in the hotel. It took us over 30 minutes to get in and park. Had to go and speak to the people at the gate then they finally let us in. No smiles on staffs faces especially in the restaurants and buffet area. If you are one of the best hotels don’t just act like it because of amenities. Behave like it as well. Service is a lot to be desired for. "
"The staff was amazing, Rajesh at the front desk and two ladies that were also there were always attentive and helpful. Fahim assisted us at the airport and it felt like a breeze getting through the check points and check in counter.
The selection of food available for breakfast was awesome, and the staff from the restaurant were always attentive.
The location of the hotel was walkable to many shops and restaurants and it felt safe to do so at night."

The city of Dhaka is a negative 10 out of 10 so if you’re forced to enter Dhaka I would recommend this hotel and never leaving the hotel. After visiting 150 countries and all their capitals, this city ranks as close to the bottom as it gets. "
"Service is excellent, I had issue with a flight being cancelled and they happily extend to 6 PM no charge since also bit low on occupancy at their site. The Small gesture that helps me during sudden changes on travel worth more than 5 stars"
