The only really bad thing was sat night across our room a house had a party with a live band starting around 11 pm going on all night until 6:30 so we could not sleep. It wasn’t direct responsibility of the hotel but maybe they could work more with authorities to enforce the necessary restrictions "

"The pools are great and the staff are nice, but the waterslide wasn't working (July 2025), you are not allowed to bring any food/drinks/snacks into the resort, the beds are quite hard (but tolerable). There was loud music quite late into the night and the rooms are not soundproof. We didn't hate it, but we wouldn't stay again.
We paid extra for the 2-bedroom family room and there were air conditioners in the rooms, but im not certain all the rooms do.

"En general estuvo bien al principio, no utilizamos instalaciones (alberca, otros) por lo cual no podemos emitir juicio, pero el cuarto no tenia agua ni para los baños, obvio las duchas ni que decir, no pudimos bañarnos al siguiente día.
Por la noche había ruidos de "Adulto" en una estancia familiar, se podrán imaginar lo incomodo que fue para nuestros hijos y nosotros mismos."
