"Excellent the staff were welcoming. The wine bar I was ignored I sat down and waited while a girl just walked up and down so I eventually left. But overall the rest of the staff and hotel was great "
"The home is gorgeous and literally in the center of town. Easy to walk everywhere. Caroline arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the train station and we were met by Lucy who was wonderful. She sat us down with a map of the town. She circled and labeled things she felt we shouldn’t miss as well as places I told her we had things booked for. Dinner reservations were made for us and the recriminations were great. We opted not to have a full breakfast each morning but did have croissants and coffee out on the back patio which was lovely. The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. When we asked for more pillows we were accommodated. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Saint Emilion and would definitely stay there again"
