"This place is great, its clean super spacious nice breakcfast and staff. good blacony lake near is amazing highway to Munich was super easy to get into city from."

"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.
But its a nice and cozy stay....

"Stopped here as it was "near" (an hour away) to the Eagle's Nest which we were visiting the following day and one if the more reasonably priced hotels available at short notice (€148).
Hotel setting is lovely, parking our car opposite by the park in which we had our evening meal from a Steak House restaurant on the corner.
Room was large, clean, quite dated but fit the style of the hotel which is over 100 years old.
Good choice of breakfast in the morning.

"Great hotel and staff at the edge of National park. Parking is very easy and ample. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is great with good selection of everything. The restaurant dinner is also great with good quality food and awesome views of the alps. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room"

"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."

"The hotel is well located in the centre of Kufstein. Our room was comfortable and our stay pleasant A couple of negative things as there was no room safe and although there was a telephone in the room it was not working and after talking to reception there were no plans to get the phone working."

"A great place! Nice location, comfortable hotel, nice views from every window and an easy bus ride to the ski lift. Erna in reception was really nice and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend! Would’ve stayed longer, but I have to follow the snow"

. Good parking. Good breakfast, but let down slightly by not having a full restaurant in the evening. Limited bar snacks were good, but it seems a hotel hotel of this size could support a restaurant, particularly as there is not much else around. Overall though very good."

"The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room."
