"Everything fine - the staff is friendly and fast.
Rooms are super comfy, more than enough space, big bathrooms.
Only negative was that when I entered the room it was smelling out of the sink and the whole room was smelling. They „repaired“ that directly after my complaining.
Breakfast was really nice! "

"The service was very helpful. The view of the Rhine and the sauna are a bonus. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue I had was that the coffee machine in the lobby either wasn't open or working most of my stay."

"I loved the way staff was helping people for the breakfast and how they also brought coffee out for the guest. In my opinion they hosts are super hosts. Very nice experience. Check in was a bit hassle because the hotel management tried to reach Expedia multiple time, but couldn't get through to let me know that check in counter closes at 9 pm "

The staff are really friendly, the buffet style meals are good quality and efficiently served, and the bar is well stocked for a bit of chill time after a hard day's work with the client.

"The location is great! I was on a business trip to Bonn-Rhein-Sieg Sankt Augustin and it’s around 5 mins by train, the train station is next to the hotel with access to Bonn, cologne and others, there are many restaurants in front. The self check in is easy"

The reception young girl was not welcoming at all, the most unfriendly welcome - not rude but she was just so miserable. Breakfast was ok, just average. Poor selection of cereals and fruit. "
