"Had a 3 night stay here- great value for money especially if you can get the theme park tickets and breakfast included. Breakfast was busy but as we got there early we never had to wait. Stayed on the first floor in the park wing and it was great being able to walk straight out to the pool. We had dinner one night at Melrose and another at the Lobby Lounge bar- food was great in both places especially the Nutella pizza from Melrose. Would stay again! Just be aware that due to current tram line...

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Sebel Twin Towns. The location was perfect with a bus stop right out the front, beaches a block away and so many dining options all around you. The staff were friendly and helpful. My family really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and we utilised the pool, spa and sauna all of which were great. "

"The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least.
The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...
