"Historic wooden hotel that's on UNESCO list. I loved seeing how people lived, even though it meant going to third floor on an old wooden staircase. The rooms are so interesting, with a side room with a third bed reachable by a secret staircase. The food cooked at the restaurant was so good, traditional Swiss food. Very friendly staff, dressed in traditional folklore dresses."

friendly hotel! We stayed two nights with our Corgi puppy and felt very comfortable and pleased with our stay. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with a great view of the lake. The hotel also offers pedal boats and paddle boards to go around Lake Thun and enjoy the view. "
