"At first sight the hotel and the location were a disaster, but after checking in and checking out the room and the amenities the hotel offered I changed my mind and was pleased during the stay. the stuff was very helpful at accommodating our needs and the all inclusive program is great when traveling with kids. Service is AMAZING! To a person, every single employee we encountered was pleasant, helpful and made the whole stay very enjoyable. They responded immediately for questions we had. They sent help within minutes to reset the safe. We have food allergies and we graciously given alternatives. The dining hall is very well run with none of the frantic feelings I've encountered in past trips to Eilat....
