The staff were all very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, a special shout out to the cleaner Ahmed and Hamada from the dining team who were both great! "

was great . We never felt any pressure from the stuff to tip. Best thing of all is that they really look after the cats. This is why I would really recommend this hotel to everybody.

"Check in was not ideal and they originally refused to accommodate my ask of a double bed. We also watched some people get welcome drinks while we were left to stand around waiting.
